SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING AREA

We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING METHOD AND DELIVERY TIME

Orders are shipped through USPS. Standard shipping costs $6.99.

Estimated delivery is 3–4 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error, contact us through our Contact Us page as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed or that the package can be recovered.

TRACKING AND DELIVERY

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships. Angie Lashes & Brows is not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will assist you with submitting a carrier inquiry when possible.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the package and products.
